This handmade vintage tribal Four Seasons Persian Bakhtiari rug with floral, animal, tree and garden motifs has a spectacular color palette and charming details. This sturdy fine quality rug has an even low pile that can withstand high traffic and will continue to last for generations. The Four Seasons design is a checkerboard pattern in which each square represents one of the four seasons.  In this rug, the squares resemble windows to the garden, with views of the changing seasons through the trees, animals and flowers.  The delicious colors are made from only natural dyes and the brilliant shades create a bright and cheerful rug.  Red coral, turquoise, fruit punch pink, copper, mocha. indigo blue, peach, plum,strawberry red, lemon yellow, cherry red, sky blue and countless other delightful shades harmonize beautifully in this pictorial rug.  Trees, exotic birds, flowers, and leaves are complemented by other geometric patterns that fill every corner of the rug, and each square is separated by rows of orange and blue.
