This stunning vintage handmade Persian Bakhtiari is a spectacular display of fine quality tribal craftsmanship, color and detail.  Hand-knotted by expert Bakhtiari tribal weavers, this piece is in mint condition, full of floral geometric details with a striking large central medallion design and brilliant, lush colors made from natural dyes.  The prominent and highly detailed flower center is encircled by a bright white collar which makes the colors burst from the rug.   Shades of blue and coral are the rug's dominant colors, with accents of lemonade pink, plum, silver, teal, lilac, copper, ballet slipper pink and countless others.  The midnight blue and red coral backdrops are filled with tribal flowers on the vine, sprays and bouquets in perfect symmetry and in all the rug's accent colors, leading to the blue corners filled with tribal colorful petals and flowers that echo the center. The red coral border is framed by thin rows of white, each layer replete with its own complementary colorful geometric floral garland.   This rug can withstand high traffic with its sturdy, dense village weave. It will last generations.
