This handmade vintage extremely fine quality Persian Tabriz is a timeless classic in mint condition.  This design has intricate details in a glorious array of colors that become more apparent as you get closer, with concentric borders leading to a central medallion. This rug has a very high knot count or KPSI (knots per square inch) for very crisp and precise details, and was hand-knotted using fine quality wool and exquisite craftsmanship.   A warm orange shade of coral is the primary color of the rug, creating the main backdrop, with concentric layers of ivory, camel, sage and lavender. The exquisite and delicate floral and vine motifs fill the rug with shades of lilac, grape, fern green, charcoal, mint green, periwinkle blue, tawny and countless other colors that harmonize beautifully. All colors are made from only vegetable and other natural dyes.  The ivory border has a larger floral and vine garland that frames the rug in the same amazing colors, edged by thin rows of mint green and ending in orange coral before the fringe.
