The allover repeating intricate paisley (known as boteh) design is a hallmark of Sarough Mir rugs. It has a surprising array of colors when you look up close - teal, sea green, tomato red, pink, camel and white, all resting beautifully on the lush blue backdrop, a rich color that appears midnight blue or royal blue depending on the light. Bordered by a light camel background with intricate geometric details in all of the above colors, with azure blue as the dominant accent. All colors are made from only vegetable and other natural dyes. Perfect for high traffic areas, this runner has a thick, supple pile and will be soft underfoot. It will last generations.
