This is a spectacular tribal runner, a fine quality vintage Persian Koliai hand-knotted by expert tribal weavers using fine quality wool and only vegetable and other natural dyes for a unique and gorgeous color palette.  The classic bold geometric pattern runs the length of the runner with five interconnected medallions, each with the same colors and geometric details.  The primary backdrop is rose coral/ruby pink,  with tiny repeating geometric motifs in teal, silver, lemonade pink, plum and white, with a series of ridged edges in silver, lemonade pink and purple, leading to a purple outer layer with its own complementary motifs in the same colors. A thin white row of colorful tribal paisleys known as botehs separate the purple open field from the ruby pink border.  The border motif is a highly detailed interconnecting tribal flower and vine garland in every color of the rug, really showcasing the unique colors.  This runner has a full and sturdy, soft pile that can withstand high traffic and will last for generations.  Size: 3'9"x10'1"
