This is a very elegant Persian Koliai runner, a unique vintage handmade piece in mint condition with vivid colors and tribal details on a subtle, neutral backdrop. The chic small repeating diamond pattern on copper and ivory is made from royal blue diagonals dotted with purple, pink and red small charming flowers. This neutral and elegant allover design is a lush, long walkway framed in the most spectacular brightly colored corners and border.  The lush candy apple red corners with the teal edges have tribal flower designs in bright sapphire, peach, carnation pink, gold, pea-shoot green and other colors, leading to the incredibly detailed and colorful tribal border with repeating geometric motifs in every color of the rainbow, playful and charming shapes that enliven the rug.  Hand-knotted in the 1980's, this runner is in mint condition, has a soft pile that can withstand high traffic and will last generations. All colors are made with only vegetable and other natural dyes.
