A beautiful royal blue makes up the open field and is adorned with a spectacular medallion made up of delicate flower bouquets and charming small birds. These fine details are hand-knotted with superb craftsmanship in lime green, azure blue, shell pink, ivory, silver, crimson and gold. These colors are also used to create the beautiful and elegant borders, from pink and blue to a crimson red , adorned with ivory and green floral and vine flourishes. This rug is made using only natural, vegetable dyes. Hand-knotted in the 1980s, it is in mint condition with a full pile and a high knot count.
