This Persian Kashan is a very high-quality classic Kashan. The rug is woven by hand of high quality Manchester wool (otherwise known as 'kork') and made from the softest parts of the sheep, and has a very high kpsi (knots per square inch) for precise and crisp details.  There are very few Kashans finer than this.  Regal red and midnight blue form the basis for the delicate central medalion in bright robin's egg blue.
