This vintage handmade Persian Hosseinabad runner has a spectacular color way -- a lush violet blue with coral and azure blue accents in an allover tribal & floral design. Hand-knotted in the 1970s, this runner has some very minor color running (see last photo), and is otherwise in perfect condition. Handmade of fine quality wool, this village-made tribal runner has a soft and sturdy, thick pile that is great for high traffic areas and will last generations. The repeating geometric and floral motifs in coral, ivory, pale pink, almond, sea green and countless other colors against the violet/blueberry backdrop create an intricate allover design, framed by a border of ivory with repeating geometric motifs in the same beautiful colors lightens and brightens the rug. All colors are made from only vegetable & other natural dyes. The minor color running is very hard to see and makes this runner a really great deal! Size: 3'6"x10'2"
