This handmade fine quality vintage Persian Hosseinabad runner has an intricate tribal and floral allover design. The bright red backdrop has a silver lattice-like framework and ivory corners.  It is in mint condition, handmade with fine quality wool for a notably supple, full, thick and soft pile that is cushy underfoot, can withstand high traffic and will last generations. The allover design of small tribal flowers and other geometric motifs that revolve around the silver lattice is hand-knotted in mocha, lemonade pink, turquoise, steel blue, heather gray, teal green, rosewood pink, burgundy, black, white and countless other colors. The ivory corners lighten the runner and they are hand-knotted with colorful bouquets of geometric flowers.  The border is a particularly decorative element of the rug, with two thin mocha rows of pink and blue motifs surrounding a black frame with charming small flowers in every color of the rug.
