This vintage handmade Persian Hosseinabad runner has a spectacular and hard to find color way -- a lush grape purple background with lemonade pink accents and border.  The allover tribal & floral design revolves around a lattice-like pattern hand-knotted in pink and silver.  This vintage runner was handmade by expert tribal weavers and it is in mint condition.  The fine quality wool creates a soft and sturdy full pile that is great for high traffic areas and will last generations. The repeating geometric and floral motifs are hand-knotted in lemonade pink, silver, white, black and burgundy with pops of turquoise blue, stunning colors against the purple backdrop.  The border is a particularly special element of this runner, a lemonade pink frame with a repeating geometric leaf motif in all the colors of the runner, which are made from only vegetable & other natural dyes.
