This handmade vintage Persian Hosseinabad runner has an intritcate tribal and floral design. It is in mint condition, handmade in the 1970s. The rug has an intricate allover design with a small central ivory diamond medallion. The geometric and floral motifs are hand-knotted in ballet slipper pink, silver, rust, taupe, ivory, camel and black against a sangria or wine colored backdrop. The ivory border has larger format floral, leaf and vine designs in the same elegant colorway. All colors are made from only vegetable and other natural dyes. This vintage runner is handmade with a full pile that can withstand high traffic and will last generations. Size: 3'8"x10'2"
