This handmade vintage Persian Hosseinabad runner is very fine quality, made with superior craftsmanship and materials.  The allover tribal and geometric intricate design is hand-knotted in spectacular colors and precise and crisp details.  It is in mint condition, made with a thick and soft and supple pile that is cushy underfoot, can withstand high traffic and will continue to last for generations.  The backdrop is a rich bright red, a luscious palette for the hunter green lattice-like shapes that create a frame for the charming geometric motifs and tribal flowers that adorn this striking runner.  The details unfold in vibrant rich shades of almost every color of the rainbow:  sapphire, periwinkle, sky blue and royal blue, carnation pink, pale peach, silver, burgundy, copper and countless other colors, punctuated by bright white.  All colors are made from only vegetable and other natural dyes.
