This handmade fine quality vintage Persian Hosseinabad runner is a bright and happy rug with brilliant colors and an intricate tribal and floral design. It has a full, soft pile that can withstand high traffic and will last generations.  The central medallion is a violet blue diamond with flower and bird details in cornflower blue, moss green, khaki, burnt orange, fruit punch, crimson, pink and white.  These are the colors that continue throughout the red runner, creating intricate floral and tribal details in a violet blue lattice-like pattern that really pops, adding azure blue, plum, orange, teal, mint green, silver and countless other colors to the palette. The violet blue corners mirror the medallion, with more charming birds and floral details. Perhaps the most spectacular feature of the runner is the border, hand-knotted in white to brighten and lighten the runner, resplendent with its own tribal flowers on the vine in all of the same vibrant jewel tones of the runner.
