This vintage handmade Persian Hosseinabad runner has a spectacular color way -- a rich royal blue with bright fruit punch and crimson in an allover tribal & floral design.  Hand-knotted in the 1980s, this runner is in mint condition.  Handmade of fine quality wool, this village-made tribal runner has a soft and sturdy pile that is great for high traffic areas and will last generations. The repeating geometric and floral intricate designs are hand-knotted symmetrically around a bright fruit punch lattice-like motif in shell pink, silver, carnation pink, sky blue, mint green, pale gray, white, deep burgundy and countless other colors against the royal blue backdrop in an allover design. The runner is framed by fruit punch corners with charming small silver and burgundy birds amidst pink, gray and royal blue flowers. The white border adds lightness and brightness to the rug, full of larger geometric flower and vine motifs in the same beautiful colors with tiny pink diamond edging.  All colors are made from only vegetable & other natural dyes.  Size: 3'11"x9'11"
