This is a stunning and fine quality handmade vintage Persian Hosseinabad runner with an intricate tribal and floral design. It is in mint condition, handmade with a full, soft pile that can withstand high traffic and will last generations.  The central medallion is an ivory diamond with a coral and peach flower that has sapphire petals that pop from the rug in an almost electric blue.  The runner is a beautiful watermelon/coral color and there are endless colors in the intricate floral and tribal details. The lattice-like allover pattern is hand-knotted in charcoal gray and indigo blue. The tiny accents continue in peach, gray and blue, along with white, ballet slipper pink, burgundy, copper, silver, orange, mocha and walnut. The border is a complementary series of rows of geometric flowers on the vine in the same beautiful colors, all of which are made from only vegetable and other natural dyes. Size: 3'8"x10'5"
