This handmade vintage Persian Hosseinabad runner has a highly detailed tribal and floral design on a beautiful shade of watermelon. It is in mint condition, handmade in the 1980s with quality wool and a sturdy weave. The rug has an intricate allover design, a geometric lattice-like pattern with tiny floral and tribal motifs. The steel blue lattice design is stunning against the watermelon background, adorned in shell pink, purple, steel, taupe, silver and sapphire, all punctuated by bright white and black. The white border has a larger format floral and vine motif in the same beautiful color palette, with boysenberry and shell pink, sapphire and silver.
