This vintage handmade Persian Hamedan runner has a spectacular color way -- a lush midnight blue with a rose coral allover tribal & floral design and stunning vivid accent colors throughout. Hand-knotted in the 1980s, this runner is in mint condition. Handmade of fine quality wool and fine knots, this village-made tribal runner has a soft and sturdy pile that is great for high traffic areas and will last generations. The repeating geometric and floral intricate designs are hand-knotted symmetrically around a rose coral lattice-like motif in lavender, aquamarine, shell pink, peach, sapphire, carnation pink, lemon yellow, turquoise, walnut and countless other colors against the deep blue backdrop in an allover design. The corners and the border are a gorgeous part of this rug, framing it in a thick ribbon of rose coral with a beautiful, intricate geometric design in all of the colors of the runner, full of small repeating motifs and tribal flowers. All colors are made from only vegetable & other natural dyes. Size: 3'7"x10'11"
