This handmade vintage Persian Hamedan runner is both floral and tribal. It was hand-knotted in the 1980s and is in mint condition. The rug's delicate and intricate floral patterns include a series of central floral medallions surrounded by small bouquets and sprays of flowers, framed by colorful ribbons of repeating geometric shapes and flowers. The backdrop is a soft pink coral and the accents and flowers are hand-knotted in midnight blue, sapphire, lavender, burgundy, teal, sea green, ballet slipper pink, watermelon, copper and countless other colors, all made from only vegetable and other natural dyes. This rug is handmade with a full, soft and supple pile that is heavenly underfoot. It can withstand high traffic and will last generations. Size: 3'6"x9'7"
