This fine quality vintage Persian Hamedan runner was handmade with an allover tribal design full of intricate details that fill the rug with pattern and color.  The runner is made with fine quality wool that is great for high traffic areas (hallways, kitchens, mud rooms...) and will continue to last generations.   The deep ocean blue background is the perfect setting for the highly detailed accents and geometric motifs that are hand-knotted in brick red, silver, ballet slipper pink, charcoal and plum, all punctuated with bright white.  They fill the runner with floral and geometric details.  The border is particularly charming.
