This handmade vintage Persian Hamedan runner has an intricate tribal and floral design in an array of colors on a soft, watermelon red backdrop.   It is in mint condition, handmade with a full soft pile that can withstand high traffic and will last generations.  The central coffee-colored geometric medallion is the focal point of the rug, decorated with tribal details and motifs that repeat throughout the runner's watermelon open field.  The colors that adorn the rug are shell pink, heather gray, white, carnation pink, silver, indigo blue, plum, pale peach and countless others.  The indigo blue corners and border have complementary tribal and floral designs in the same soft colors of the runner, all of which are made from only vegetable and other natural dyes.  Size: 3'3"x9'5"
