Hand-knotted in the 1980s, this runner is in mint condition and made of quality wool with superior craftsmanship and a high knot count or KPSI (knots per square inch). This makes for very fine details and very crisp lines. The pile is great for high traffic and will last generations. The bold geometric medallion central pattern is handwoven in vivid colors made of only natural and vegetable dyes. Strawberry red, white and royal blue are the dominant colors, with intricate details in sky blue, chocolate, taupe, olive, silver gray, pink, charcoal and other sophisticated, muted neutral shades.
