This is a vibrant brand new handmade fine quality Persian Gabbeh with a modern striped geometric design.  It is hand-knotted by tribal weavers using natural lambswool and vegetable dyes. The thick soft pile and bright primary colors are great for children's rooms, dining areas, an office and really all high traffic areas that crave a dose of color. Its thick soft pile is plush and comfortable underfoot, and the sturdy weave will last generations.  The bold thick striped design in warm strawberry red, bright golden yellow and a gorgeous shade of sapphire blue is reminiscent of a Rothko painting.  The transitions between the color stripes add an element of playfulness, with tiny dots of the next color, as though each color is trying to seep into its neighbor.
