This handmade very fine quality brand new tribal and geometric Persian Finest Baluch runner has a striking modern geometric design. It is known as a gallery size for its large width and the ratio of width to length. It can be used as a runner for large hallways or foyers, or also as an area rug in a narrow and long space such as in front of a bed or a couch.  This rug was hand-knotted by tribal weavers using fine quality wool, a high knot count and expert craftsmanship.  This rug has a thick and supple pile that can withstand high traffic, is soft underfoot and will last generations.  The repeating geometric diamond medallions have charming small pink and red flowers in their centers, hand-knotted in navy blue on a bright strawberry red backdrop.  The rug's allover pattern is complemented by detailed geometric motifs in the border that frame the rug beautifully, finished off with a thin ribbon of white and pale pink.  The colors are made from only natural and vegetable dyes.  Size: 4'11"x9'8"
