This is a handmade Persian tribal and geometric brand new runner known as a Finest Baluch. This rug is high quality, hand-knotted with fine lambswool for a sturdy soft pile. It can withstand high traffic and will last generations.  The overall pattern is a repeating geometric motif hand-knotted in raspberry red and royal blue. What makes this rug unique is the elegant transition of colors from violet to royal blue, red to raspberry pink in an ombre effect.  The charcoal black background allows the colors to really shine as they shift slightly through the runner, picking up the light in different ways as you travel down the rug.  The complementary border with its unique geometric pattern in royal blue, burgundy and pops of golden yellow on a raspberry ribbon is framed by thin rows of ivory with tiny wavelike patterns, which lightens the runner at its border.  The colors are all made from only vegetable and other natural dyes.  Size: 3'8"x9'10"
