This brand new handmade fine quality Persian Finest Baluch accent rug/small runner was hand-knotted by expert Baluchi tribal weavers.  This rug has a soft pile that can withstand high traffic and will last generations. It is made from fine quality wool and is woven in tight knots for precise details. The allover highly detailed geometric design is full of wonderful repeating tribal designs known as 'guls' which often represent natural elements such as lakes or mountains.  These motifs are hand-knotted on a candy apple red background with alternating rows of red, black and ivory motifs with orange and chocolate diamond shapes with small white flowers at their centers. The complementary border has three concentric rows of intricate small geometric designs in the same rustic colors, all made from only vegetable and other natural dyes.  Size: 3'10"x7'11"
