This brand new handmade Persian Baluch rug/gallery size runner was hand-knotted by expert Baluchi tribal weavers with a thick, soft pile that can withstand high traffic and will last generations. The versatile size is great for your more narrow areas, such as in front of a couch or a bed. It can also be a wide runner for large hallways, entrances, foyers, etc. The contemporary geometric design is a dazzling display of tribal motifs and intricate details in unique and bright colors, all made from only vegetable and other natural dyes.  The background color is salmon pink, and the allover intricate repeating modern design of geometric and flower motifs is hand-knotted in hunter green, burgundy wine, orange, sapphire, midnight blue, charcoal, plum and countless other colors, all punctuated by bright white for a dramatic effect.  The border is a special feature of the rug, with three salmon and white rows of a charming leaf and vine motif in many colors from the rug, by thin burgundy rows of pink, white and midnight blue small diamond patterns.
