This handmade brand new tribal and geometric Persian Baluch rug has a striking modern geometric design.   This rug was hand-knotted by tribal Baluchi weavers using fine quality wool and expert craftsmanship.  This rug has a soft sturdy pile that can withstand high traffic and will last generations.  The intricate repeating geometric medallion design resembles snowflakes and is known as a 'gul' which often represents natural elements such as lakes or mountains.  These guls are hand-knotted in royal blue on a cherry red background with tiny white accents, separated by a white lattice of diamonds. White appears again in the border, lightening and brightening the rug, with a charming tribal flower repeat in blue with red accents.  The border also has multiple thin rows of geometric repeating motifs in blue and red and white that surround the row of flowers.  The colors are made from only natural and vegetable dyes.
