This is a truly spectacular and fine quality vintage Persian Ardabil runner that is in mint condition.  Handmade with an allover tribal and nomadic design, this runner is sure to make a statement in any space.  Hand-knotted with fine quality wool and a full pile that is great for high traffic, this rug will continue to last for generations.  The bold geometric diamond-like medallion pattern that runs down the center of the runner is handwoven in a gorgeous array of unique and hard to find vivid colors made from only natural and vegetable dyes: gold, violet blue, turquoise, coral, peach, taupe, camel, copper, pink, sand and other colors. The backdrop is an elegant shade of rustic red, framed by a striking border of small silver motifs, then a row of purple with small flowers, a thin line of peach on either side, leading to a copper band of geometric flowers on the vine in turquoise, peach, walnut and silver, finished off with a final row of turquoise.
