This handmade vintage tribal Persian Bakhtiari Four Seasons rug with floral, tree, bird and garden motifs has a brilliant and rich color palette and charming details. This sturdy fine quality rug has an even low pile that can withstand high traffic and will continue to last for generations. The Four Seasons design is a checkerboard pattern in which each square represents one of the four seasons.  In this rug, the diamond medallions resemble windows to the garden, with views of the changing seasons through the trees, animals and flowers.  The colors are made from only natural dyes and the bright shades of golden yellow, azure blue, fruit punch pink, hunter green, royal blue, silver, copper, cherry red, orange coral and lemonade pink create a bright and cheerful pictorial rug with white accents that make the colors pop.  Trees, birds, flowers, and leaves are complemented by other geometric patterns that fill every corner of the rug. The border is a particularly decorative element of the rug, a string of hexagonal medallions with charming colorful birds in all of the rug's stunning colors, framed by rows of charming small flowers on the vine in peach and white against cherry red and bright pink.  You can get lost in the details.
