This brand new fine quality rug was handmade in India. It has a full pile that is great for high traffic and will last generations. This rug is made with fine craftsmanship and high quality wool.   The design is based on tribal Kazakh patterns that date back centuries.  Here, a series of three medallions run down the center of the rug, hand-knotted in pewter, navy blue, golden yellow, silver, white and a beautiful shade of grass green. The geometric accents include footed medallions, flowers, hearts and snowflake-like motifs. All colors are made from only natural dyes.  The backdrop is a lush red wine with small playful tribal motifs and decorative accents in the open field that echo the medallions in style and colors.
