This brand new fine quality tribal rug was handmade in India. It has a full soft and thick pile that is great for high traffic and will last generations. This rug is made with fine craftsmanship and high quality wool.   The design is based on geometric Kazakh patterns that date back centuries.  Two prominent diamond-like medallions fill the center of the rug, hand-knotted in silver and navy blue with accents of olive green, crimson and white, all made from only natural dyes.  The backdrop is rich crimson red with small playful tribal motifs in the open field that echo the medallions in style and colors.  The designs resemble stars, pretty pinwheel flowers, plants and ram's horns. The border is bright white, which lightens the rug.
