This is a beautiful brand new fine quality rug handmade in India. It has a rich, colorful palette made from only natural dyes and a very thick, full, soft pile that is cushy underfoot, great for high traffic and will last generations. This rug is made with fine craftsmanship and high quality wool.  The geometric design is based on tribal Kazakh patterns that date back centuries.  Here, footed medallions run down the center of the rug, surrounded by other intricate motifs in star, flower, and snowflake-like designs.  Two of the medallions are bright mint green with yellow centers and accents in sky blue, midnight blue, peach coral, burgundy red, and white. They surround the central ocean blue medallion with accents in similar colors with the addition of burnt orange. All colors are made of only natural dyes. The  burgundy red backdrop hosts an abundance of charming small motifs that continue in the rich colors of the rug -- tiny flowers and stars, S curves, diamonds, footed squares, and more.  The border is a white frame that lightens and brightens the rug. Its charming tribal flower and leaf motif repeats in all of the rug's colors.
