This is a brand new fine quality handmade Afghan Kazakh runner in a hard-to-find narrow size.  The repeating diamond allover design is geometric and tribal with a modern flair.  The rug is royal blue and cherry red alternating in interlocking diamonds with intricate accents in white, plum, burgundy, lime green and heather gray.  The rug has a playful feel, full of details that become more apparent as you get closer. Note in the close-up photos how the rug is three-dimensional, with many of the woven designs raised in thicker knots. The ends have a decorative additional design feature of a wide flat-weave kilim of red, blue and white stripes with repeating tribal motifs on each side.  The natural gray/beige fringe is another rustic and lovely feature.
