This is a brand new fine quality rug handmade in India. It has a bold color palette made from only natural dyes and a very thick, full, soft pile that is cushy underfoot, great for high traffic and will last generations. This rug is made with fine craftsmanship and high quality wool.  The geometric design is based on tribal Kazakh patterns that date back centuries.  Here a series of three diamond medallions run down the center of the rug, hand-knotted in bright pumpkin orange, camel and white, with sage green, periwinkle blue, cherry red and midnight blue accents.   The lush cherry red backdrop is dotted with small, playful tribal star and diamond motifs that also adorn the central medallions in all of the rug's happy colors. The border is a thick white frame with a repeating alternating geometric flower pattern that perfectly complements the rug. This is framed by a charming blue and camel repeat that resembles chess pawns. The bindings are knotted in red and midnight blue alternating woven sections that add another decorative detail to the rug.  Size: 5'9"x7'11"
