This is a gorgeous rug! A colorful brand new fine quality rug that was handmade in India. It has a full soft and thick pile that is great for high traffic and will last generations. This rug is made with fine craftsmanship and high quality wool with a vibrant color palette made from only natural dyes.  The geometric design is based on tribal Kazakh patterns that date back centuries.  Here a series of three "footed" medallions, also known as 'guls', run down the center of the rug, nested in alternating hexagonal footed medallions of ivory and gray.  The middle gul has a midnight blue center with yellow, pale sky blue, red and peach accents.  This is surrounded by two orange guls with yellow, midnight blue, gray and pale sky blue accents. They all sit within one backgrounds, which really makes the colors pop. The lush red background of the rug is surrounded by a spectacular border of footed diamonds in all of the rug's rich colors - orange, yellow, hunter green, midnight blue and gray,   Small repeating geometric motifs in all of the colors adorn the border and the open field.
