It is in mint condition.  Hand-knotted with fine quality wool and silk, expert craftsmanship and a high knot count for precise details, this rug can withstand high traffic and will last generations.  The elegant floral details are woven in stunning colors made from only vegetable and other natural dyes.  The rug's intricate details revolve around a spectacular central floral medallion with five layers of floral details, resting on an ebony backdrop for a very dramatic effect.  The medallion, the corners and the black open field are hand-knotted with crisp floral sprays that dance in a beautiful array of elegant colors -- dusty rose, shell pink, carnation pink, coral, silver, teal, spearmint, mauve, steel blue, white, olive, gold, charcoal and so many others. The border is an elegant complementary frame of flower and vine garlands and bouquets in the same beautiful colors on a wine backdrop, surrounded by ribbons of silver adorned with floral garlands, and a thin elegant black row for the final edge.
