This is a beautiful brand new fine quality accent rug in a hard-to-find neutral color palette, handmade in India. This rug is made with fine craftsmanship and high quality wool.   The geometric design is based on tribal Kazakh patterns that date back centuries.  Here a series of three medallions run down the center of the rug, hand-knotted in khaki, pale powder blue, eggshell and sand, with indigo blue, cranberry red, charcoal  and white.   The eggshell backdrop has small playful tribal motifs in the open field that echo the medallions in style and colors. The border is a pale powder blue frame with a geometric repeating motif in all of the rug's colors, framed by thin rows of khaki and sand with cranberry zigzag stitching.
