This Kazakh rug was handwoven in Northwest Afghanistan. Its tribal and geometric design is a hallmark of rugs from this region. The central diamond medallion is made of copper, chocolate, royal blue, cherry red, ivory and gold. The concentric intricate borders have repeating nomadic motifs in the same bold colors, adding a beautiful hunter green on either end. This rug will work in many spaces and color palettes - entryway, hallway, bedside, office, etc. The colors are made with only natural and vegetable dyes.
