This unique jewel-toned Baluch rug was hand-knotted in Northwestern Afghanistan by Baluchi weavers. Its tribal and geometric design is a hallmark of Afghan rugs from this region. The lush red background hosts a grid of tribal geometric designs in burgundy with kelly green, azure, and tangerine accents, all bordered by a black and white checkerboard motif. The final border is a geometric floral design in the same jewel tone shades. All of the colors are made with only natural and vegetable dyes. This rug is made of 100% camel hair, which gives it a full pile that can withstand high traffic areas. Size: 3'5"x5'10"
